Jacob's is a very nice restaurant. it's astetically pleasing. Kiki is one of the best servers there. She makes the experience enjoyable and exciting. She brings very good energy to your restaurant experience. Now the food was overall good. However, whoever cooks the beef needs to season the meat. It was very bland. The salmon and crab balls were spectacular. In addition, all the menus need to be updated and verified there all the same. There's were definitely discrepancies with our menus per our last visit. Overall, the experience was nice. I can't wait to hear the live band next time I go. Make sure to bring your drinks, its byob.

We came to Jacobs Northwest on Easter Sunday to support a Black-owned business, but honestly, it was a huge disappointment. They charged 60 per adult for food that wasn’t worth anywhere near that price completely ridiculous. On top of that, they rushed us with a time limit like we were being pushed out, even though the place wasn’t even full. The host who assisted us was rude and unprofessional, and there was no manager around to speak with. This was our first time coming here, and it will definitely be the last. We love supporting Black-owned businesses, but the experience here was terrible. Do better. After speaking with the owner, attended the second time the owner was able to go beyond and resolve the issues! Thank you so much. my family are satisfied and don’t feel taking advantage of! :)

The food and drinks are amazing and atmosphere is a vibe. We visited on New Year’s Day for brunch. There were multiple stations for breakfast and lunch/dinner and bottomless mimosas. I highly recommend this black-owned and ran, restaurant.

Highly recommend! 2 friends and I went here last night celebrating a bday. We expected a fun night of yummy food and karaoke and it was 100x better that we could have expected! The food and drinks were really good & the atmosphere and staff were incredible! I haven't laughed and had that much fun in awhile. The staff went above and beyond to make it a lovely celebration for our friend's bday, too. I'll def be back!

I finally made it here. I live around the corner and was so pleasantly surprised. I was truly eager to get here and try the food. The crab balls and catfish entree were everything!! Try it for yourself. The atmosphere was a calm vibe. The Dj played the right type of music. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again. We walked, however, there was plenty of parking and no wait for a 7pm (Thursday) reservation. As the weather gets warmer, I can imagine evenings will be more crowded. The waiter was knowledgeable and helped me to try my appetizer. Nice job guys.

What truly sets Jacobs North West apart is their attentive and friendly staff. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. The service was prompt without feeling rushed, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. And they have a nice young black man he is 16 years old and he is a very hard worker he helped me out a lot I believe his name is Tymir I made sure to tip him and my amazing server

Food was fresh and tasty. Phil was are server and he was extremely helpful as host, server and busser. What would had made this even better would have been live music the dj on tv was cool though. The music was right in my lane though...so I liked the music but I want to return on a live music night. I gotta stop writing this review because the Itis just kicked in after this tasty meal. I don’t think I can drive back home .. I will take a nap in the parking lot for now.
